Great looks but major design flaws

The shoes look great. Fit is perfect. It all stops as soon as lacing for the first time. The outer portion of the last, along with the upper BOA knob, are dead right on the cuboid bone/tarsometartarsal joint. So imagine squeezing a rock on the side of your foot inside a show, that exactly how it feels. How is it possible? Because unlike other shoes (including Lakes), 403 designers placed BOA is 1-2 inches too low and the carbon tub way to high. Both chewing on the bone. Carbon and BOA knob. The the BOA laces are supported by a tiny nylon straps that, besides being soft, will invariably rip at some point year 1-3, an issue already observed with other brands. Why not keep the amazing plastic undestructible rings? Finally the tongue is NARROW. I mean it comes out either side. take a few min, perhaps stop pedalling, open shoe, recenter tongue, it is still 2mmm inside per side so invariably comes off. Overall, amazing looking but at high cadence it is difficult to tighten and actually wear them.
