Orders and emails are always processed in chronological sequence, starting from earliest received.  For example:
> Email submitted 12/31 evening will be opened 1/5~1/6 and processed thereafter
> Email submitted 1/4 evening will be opened and processed after email submitted 12/31, etc, is opened and processed
