Since 2020, Lake Cycling Canada is the official distributor of Lake Cycling shoes & products dedicated to, and exclusively serving, the Canadian market - from Victoria to St. John's and all points between and above.  

Lake Cycling Canada is based in Toronto on the shores of Lake Ontario, independently owned and operated by KQS Inc.

 

THE LAKE CYCLING STORY

Lake is committed to one core value:

To produce the best fitting, highest quality cycling shoes possible.   

Lake remains resolutely refrained from entering into divergent product categories and is therefore not distracted by producing wholly unrelated products such as electronic derailleurs, downhill suspension frames, kids' bikes or fishing tackle. 

Lake Cycling was born in the Chicago, USA area in 1982.  The North American headquarters is still in Chicago and the International Headquarters is in Eindhoven, The Netherlands - two of the bitterly windiest regions in the cycling world that share many similar cycling causes, including road racing, off-road and cyclocross, and year-round all-season riding and training.

These geographic linchpins help explain Lake's ongoing esoteric side-quests such as to make the optimum cyclocross shoes and to offer the best worse-weather shoes. 

Lake shoes are all produced by hand, mostly in Lake's own factories in South Korea and mainland China.
