TOE SPIKE - Replacement and Upgrade Kits

Toe spikes add traction on hike-a-bike sections.  Spikes are available for many Lake MX-series shoes that have MTB-style outsoles - the spikes screw into threaded holes at the toes, ahead of the cleats.  

Lake Spike kits are compatible with the Lake shoes in the chart below.  The thread size is M5. 

Note: Flat Spikes act as protective covers for the threaded holes and are included standard with many shoes.
