TOE SPIKE - Replacement and Upgrade Kits

Toe spikes add traction on hike-a-bike sections.  Spikes are available for most Lake MX-series shoes that have MTB-style outsoles - the spikes screw into threaded holes at the toes, ahead of the cleats.  (Note: Flat Spikes act as protective covers for the threaded holes and are included standard with many MX-shoes.)
