Raven™ CFC heat-moldable insoles feature a carbon fibre foot cradle that can be thermo-formed to the shape of your foot.
Raven™ Insoles are compatible with most cycling shoes.
Shoe Length Range:
Available in four length ranges:
S (36-39) | M (40-43) | L (44-46) | XL (47-50)
Choose the most suitable range for your shoe. They may need to be trimmed to size to match your old insoles (instructions below).
Shoe Widths:
Insoles are not specific to a model width.
Lake shoe width is defined in the shoe's upper, not the insole.
Trim to Size:
The insole may need to be trimmed to size.
Tools needed:
> pen or marker
> scissors.
Steps:
1. Lay the old insole over the replacement, aligned by the heel cup. (If they are the same size/shape then no trimming is necessary.)
2. With a pen, trace the outline of the old insole's toe-end onto the new insole.
3. With scissors, trim away any excess material from the forefoot of the new insole.
Note: it is better to remove slightly less material than too much; if the insole is still too long after the first cut then simply trim away a bit more material.

Note: The heel cup of the cradle has small slits made around the upper radius to allow the cup to expand for larger sized feet. These slits may or may not be visible after molding.
